Things I’m grateful for or that made me feel good today:
- Getting up 10 minutes early.
- Only having to work 6 hours.
- Having breakfast.
- Work will be quiet. It’s been a slow season anyway, and it’s been raining. It should be a slow day tomorrow too.

- I’m noticing some success with the Chicory. I seem to be manifesting friendliness from people.
- The stereo in my car works!
I thought it was broken, but it’s not. - Read a book yesterday. “How I Live Now” by Meg Rossoff. Not especially good, and not a keeper, but entertaining for a while.
- A hot shower. Makes me feel civilised.

- Having some time to browse the net before I start work.
- Alice Peacock.
- Work went quickly and smoothly.
- A roast joint for tea.
- Chatted with Shaun at work.

- A tasty meal.
- Hot coffee. Soul restoring.
- A nice nap.
- Seaweed peanuts.
- A hot bath.
- The idea to do some creative writing.
- Not having to work until 12 tomorrow.
Things I want to manifest:
- A good day at work.
- Someone to love who loves me back.
