Things I’m grateful for or that made me feel good today:

1. I’ve figured out what the little symbol on my phone was for - it’s to tell me I’ve got a voicemail message.
2. Worked out the URL I need to use when composing an email in Gmail on my phone, saving me a click or two.
3. Worked out how to have T9 input on the phone’s browser, when in Gmail - set it to “word” instead of “abc”. This is going to save me LOTS of time and make life much easier when emailing.
4. Laughing at Peter McWilliams, when he explains how positive focusing works. “Let’s say you’re driving down the freeway and the little light goes on, telling you you’re running out of gas. I do not suggest ignoring that bit of “negativity” and focusing on how wonderful it is that none of the other warning lights is on. I suggest you get some gas.”
5. While lying in bed last night, a thought came to me. There are two ways to grow a tree. One is to surround it with a fence, spray it with pesticide, and run around chasing the birds out of it, and the other is to feed it, water it, and ensure it’s able to cope with whatever gets thrown at it.
6. Realising that it might be the fruit tea I had right before bed that gave me postural indigestion.
7. Having a nice lie in again.
8. Not having to work until 12.
9. Only having to work 8 hours.
10. A nice hot shower.

12. Work went quite well.
13. Have been smiling all day. It’s been freaking my colleagues out.
14. Seeing some sparrows in the garden.
15. Had a laugh with Shaun.
16. The Gmail word trick seems to pick up on the internal dictionary.
17. Didn’t have any rude customers at all.
18. Have had the idea to maybe do some work on the outside electrics tomorrow, if it’s not raining.
19. I’m in from work all night now.

21. I’m closer to figuring out what it is that’s going on with Firefox, Roboform and Gmail - if I use the HTML only view, I don’t have the issue.
22. My system seems much faster since I set the pagefile to be 2mb in size. Some RAM hungry progs seem to be loading much faster.
23. Finally got the ConvertX installer working. It had a hidden control, that I spent ages trying to ControlClick it, but what worked in the end was MouseClick. I had to edit the MouseCoordMode to the current window, but it works like a charm! And I learned a whole new function type thing.

25. Have got a job list partly worked out.
26. I have completely disabled the pagefile. I’m going to try it out like this for a week, and see how I get on. It’s looking good so far - I’ve had several RAM hungry progs loaded, and 1by1 hasn’t stuttered at all.

Things I want to manifest:

1. I want to work out what sort of job I want.
2. Some WD40 in the ignition barrel. Might help solve the problem with the key.
