Sunday 30th September
Things I’m grateful for or that I’ve appreciated today:
- My alarm clock.
- The Bach Flowers.
- I’m trying to feel grateful for having a job to go to. I know I’ll be fine once I get in there.
- Breakfast cereals.
- My car.
- I’m only working 6 hours.
- Picking at the pork joint yesterday.

- Alice Peacock.
- Hot tea.
- Posh chocolates.
- Wenna. She’s gorgeous.
- A tasty evening meal.
- More posh chocolates.
- Work went very very quickly.
- Saw Rani.
- Going to Chris’s to help her out.
- Singing along to Alice Peacock. The words seem to mean so much more today.
- Rani is OK.

- I saw shame in the eyes of a numpty.

- Feeling that I’m moving up a level.

- Feels Like Home by Chantal Kreviazuk. The very first song I ever fell in love with, which contributed greatly to my love of female vocalists and piano music.
- I’m not in work until 12 tomorrow.
- A nice walk with Wenna.
- Knowing that I’m not so grateful or things today because I’m moving up a level.
- ” Life is the only joy there is, and it it many-splendored.”
- ” Shared pain is lessened, shared joy is increased.”
- Getting the mania I asked for.
- Being aware of how thoughts create things. I am a powerful manifestor.

- Finding a way on UKNova to only view new torrent posts.
Things I want to manifest:
- A fantastic day at work. MANIFESTED. Well, sorta - it shot through really quickly, only felt like a couple of hours.
Things I’ve done for others:
- Served lots of customers.
- Helped Chris and Graham with their PC.
- Complimented Rani
