Things I’m grateful for or that I’ve appreciated today:

2. A good night’s sleep.
3. My shaver heads have arrived. Very quickly - I only ordered them a couple of days ago.
4. Breakfast cereals.
5. My toothbrush, and toothpaste too.
6. I’ve been paid back by another $6 on Kiva. I’m up to $85 now.
7. I have some jobs to do today.
8. Nice warm showers.
9. I’m off work all day!
10. The service I get from my ISP, NDO. I get such good service from them, and have done since I signed up. The problem I had a few days ago wasn’t their fault, but they helped me sort it out really quickly. The level of customer service is superb, which you don’t often see in these days of huge multinational corporations with call centres in India or wherever.
11. I got a sample of some highlights shampoo for mom in the post today.
12. Clippings.
13. My fan heater.
14. The radio in the bathroom.
15. The new shaver heads work much better than the old ones.
16. Listening to music.
17. I’ve contacted my credit card company and IMRG regarding my missing parcel.
18. The microwave, for heating my tea up.

21. The trip to Ikea went OK. Nat drove. The unit was only £20. That place is huge! The only comparable memory I have of it was going through Madame Tussaud’s in Blackpool when I was about 8. Me and my mom got lost, and I was panicking about having to go through the Chamber of Horrors. We walked for what seemed like hours trying to find the way out.
22. Chris’ PC job went OK.
23. Charlie has grown (that’s Chris’ dog). He’s great. Only 12 weeks old, I think.
24. My car started when I came out.
25. Hot fruit tea.
26. Seeing Shaun went well.
27. Oh, I forgot to add - I got the job.
