Things I’m Grateful For on Thursday 21 February
Things I am grateful for or that I’ve appreciated today:
- Breakfast cereals.
- My glasses, and being able to see.
- Getting a good night’s sleep again.
- I’m only doing until 1PM tonight.
- I have a parcel to pick up today.
- The endorphin rush I get from a hot shower.
- I have some snacks I can munch on at work while I’m doing News.
- Clean dry towels.
- Not having money worries. I’m actually quite free.
- Tasty orange juice.
- Finding a really interesting resource for dealing with depression naturally.
- Safe driving.
- Work went OK. For the first time EVER, I felt 100% confident doing news.
- I learned how to do Judith’s stuff, too.
- Finishing work at 12:45, because I didn’t have a break.
- Mandy has given me a list of stuff I need to do on the 2 big days next week, which is a major bonus.
- Not eating any unhealthy food.
- Dad might be going to fetch my parcel for me.
- My headache never properly developed.
- Playing with Wenna.
- I have an abundance of money.
- I got mom the DVD she wanted from the Mail, and a craft set thing that I took off the front of a mag.
- I got paid back completely by a Kiva entrepreneur today, and I’ve reloaned the money to another group. My total is now $247.
- I get to have a rest for the rest of the day. I think I’m going to put a Paul McKenna tape on, and snuggle up under the duvet. Perhaps with Wenna to keep my feet warm.
- Making a smoothie - 1 honeydew melon and 3 kiwi fruit. I think this needs something extra - maybe another few kiwi.
- A tasty bacon sandwich.
- Being able to be indolent. I have enough money to not have to work a 60 hour week, and enough time to sit and enjoy the fruits of my labours.
- Realising the need for a hobby. Realising that surfing the internet is not a hobby.
- Getting some pictures up onto Flickr, of some Alstromeria. And one of Wenna’s pearl eye.
- A tasty evening mea, with 4 veg - potato, broccoli, leeks and sweetcorn.
- NYR achieved!
- I could have turned out like my parents. But I didn’t.
Things I’ve laughed at today:
- .
Things I want to manifest:
- Either a new job, or more fulfilment in the one I have. MANIFESTED. Today was a fairly good day.
Things I’ve done for others:
- Served on the till.
- Did some work for Judith.

February 22nd, 2008 at 1:16 amThank you so much for the Kiva certificate. My entrpreneur, Marina, is in the repayment stage. I am excited for her.
Does the money come back to everyone to reinvest all at once or at the end of the loan?
I am impressed by how you are helping via Kiva.

Absolutely correct. Marriage wouldn’t suit me, and I’m too selfish to have kids.

The borrower pays back on a regular basis. If 10 people fund the loan, and the borrower pays back $10 per month, each lender will get $1 each. You can relend the money when your original $25 is completely paid back, usually at the end of the term.
It’s good to know this is working out for you.
