Things I’m Grateful For on Friday 4 April
I’ve found these things to be grateful for or appreciate today:
- A good night’s sleep.
- My SNES controller arrived today, and I’ve been trying it out.
It works, but it’s a bit “sticky”, so I’m going to buy another one. I think it’s because this isn’t an official SNES controller, but one of those “high speed” ones. - I’m not in work until 1PM.
- Lovefilm have sent me another disk.
- Cold milk.
- I have 2 days off from tomorrow.
- Breakfast cereals.
- Hot coffee.
- Having time to myself before work.
- I fixed the controller, and now it works great.
- Safe driving.
- Work went well.
- I had OK to good customers all day.
- We’ve had nice weather all day.
- Laughing with Vicki and Julie.
- Trying out mint and vanilla chewing gum. It’s surprisingly nice.
- I got fuel on the way back from work.
- I made 27p for doing nothing.
- The total waste of the time I spent playing Legend Of Zelda. I love this game as much now as I did then.
- Wenna.
- Having spare cash.
- Realising that some days, I need to try harder.
- Chatting to Jackie.
Things I’ve laughed at today:
- Laughed with Vicki.
Things I want to manifest:

- Served on the till.
- Made my colleagues laugh.

It’s a joypad thing, for the Super Nintendo games console. It lets me play the game without using the keyboard, which makes it much easier.
