Things I’m Grateful For on Wednesday 30 July
Today’s list of things to be grateful for or appreciate:
- Getting a good night’s sleep. I didn’t want to get up this morning.
- I’ve decided that today is the day I ask my boss if I’m going to get news or not. If he says no, I’m no worse off, and if he says yes, then I am much better off. I chickened out of this one.
On the up side, I learned that I don’t like asking people for things. I hate being a burden. - There are always other jobs I can do.
- Breakfast cereals with cold milk.
- Lovefilm sent me some more disks.
- Another book from ReadItSwapIt has arrived.
- Playing with Wenna.
- That I can see. I would hate to lose my sight.
- My reliable car. I love it’s reliability, and it’s cheapness.
- I get paid tomorrow!
- A nice hot shower.
- That I have lots of chances in front of me. I think I’m having difficulty seeing them because I’m not used to looking for them, but we’ll see as time goes on.
- I still have a job. I still have a source of income. I still have a mode of getting there.
- Safe driving.
- Work went well. Nice and quiet, with pleasant customers.
- Chatting to and laughing with L.
- Getting some more free stuff. A couple of bags and a huge pair of flip flops.
- A tasty evening meal.
- That I have enough free time to sit and loaf.
- I’m really enjoying Daggerspell, one of the books I got via ReadItSwapIt.
- Hot Teeccino.
- GAFarmWoman from Life On A Southern Farm has awarded me The Colours Of Friendship Award. Thank you very much.
- My lovely big comfortable bed.
- Playing with Wenna. My life is better for having her in it.
Things I’ve laughed at today:
- This loldog.
- This story from Not Always Right.
Things I want to manifest:
- A quick, simple, pleasant day at work. MANIFESTED.
Things I’ve done for others:
- .
I am grateful for the plumbing coming today. I am very grateful we have the resources to hire the plumber.
I do wish we didn’t need him.
Thanks again Solomon for the opportunity to slow down and think about how blessed in am.
