Daily Ratings
I’ve decided to introduce a rating system for each day, so I can quickly provide an overview of how “good” the day was.
- 0 - this is for those days where I don’t actually feel grateful at all. I’ll still be posting on these days, but it will be intellectual gratitude, rather than emotional gratitude.
- 1 - this is for MIM’s, which are “miseries I’ve missed”. Things that I’ve avoided having to do, that I don’t really want to do. This includes an emotional gratitude component.
- 2 - being grateful for something positive after the fact.
- 3 - being grateful for something positive during the fact.
- 4 - being grateful for something negative after the fact.
- 5 - being grateful for something negative during the fact.
I’ll be rating each day with a given rating. This list might change in the near future.
